Save Our Youth Fitness (SOYFFL) for Life is a nonprofit initiative offering free health, wellness, and fitness services to youth and families. From healthy cooking demonstrations to diet and exercise clinics, we help our communities eat better, move more, and build lifelong healthy habits. All services are grant-supported and donation-funded so every family can participate, regardless of income.
